Unexpected sisterhood

Last night a brave cover (who's never rehearsed the show with the cast) stepped in to sing (and act) the opera with us. She did very well. Our roles reversed somewhat, as, this one time, I was the "decisive" one who was first behind all the actions,slightly "bossing" my sis around... (what usually is the other way between Dorabella and Fiordiligi). But it was quite interesting to play my role a bit differently, adjusting to the circumstances. Sometimes surprises can be a refreshing challenge.
